jjpoit Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jjpoit platform at jjpoit.net. By registering an account or using any jjpoit service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility — 21 Years or Older

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jjpoit, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Age is verified during the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active jjpoit account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

Bonus Terms Are Binding

All bonuses claimed on jjpoit are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. Bonus terms are displayed clearly at the point of claim. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in forfeiture and possible account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jjpoit are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are accepted. Withdrawals require successful KYC verification. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at all times.

Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, collusion, use of automated software, money laundering, or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited on jjpoit. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds, with referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

Terms May Be Updated

jjpoit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of jjpoit following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jjpoit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operating at jjpoit.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jjpoit platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the jjpoit online gaming platform, including all games, promotions, financial transactions, customer support interactions, and any other service offered through jjpoit.net. This Agreement is entered into between the individual accessing the platform ("Player") and jjpoit, the operator of jjpoit.net.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of jjpoit, the Player acknowledges having read and accepted this Agreement in its entirety. Acceptance of these terms is a precondition of platform use and cannot be waived or modified by any individual Player.

jjpoit operates as an online gaming platform providing access to casino games, live dealer games, video poker, slots, bingo, and related services. The platform is made available for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be, and should not be used as, a source of income or financial instrument of any kind.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with jjpoit's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall Player Agreement.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of jjpoit is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
  • You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
  • You are not a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction where the receipt of online gaming services is prohibited;
  • You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of jjpoit, nor an immediate family member of any such individual;
  • You have not previously had a jjpoit account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms;
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, a third party.
Age Restriction — 21+: The minimum age to use jjpoit is 21 years. It is a criminal offence under Philippine law to provide false information regarding age for the purposes of accessing gambling services. jjpoit performs identity verification checks on all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

jjpoit reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to refuse service to any individual who cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they meet all eligibility requirements.

3Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jjpoit, a Player must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active jjpoit account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the Player will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds will be forfeited. jjpoit reserves the right to retain any real-money deposits across duplicate accounts in accordance with its anti-fraud procedures.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjpoit account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jjpoit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jjpoit immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All jjpoit accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). All deposits, withdrawals, game wagers, and bonus amounts are expressed in PHP. jjpoit does not offer multi-currency accounts.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

jjpoit is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal request. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.

To complete KYC verification, Players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

  • A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, or PhilSys National ID);
  • A recent proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) dated within the last three months;
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered GCash or PayMaya account).

jjpoit reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful completion of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 calendar days of a request may result in account suspension.

Data Handling: All identity documents submitted to jjpoit are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law. Documents are used solely for the purposes of identity verification and regulatory compliance.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjpoit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Cryptocurrency deposits may also be accepted subject to availability at the time of transaction. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed in the cashier at all times.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the Player's jjpoit account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to appear in the Player's account balance, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant bank. jjpoit is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed as follows:

  • GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: processed within 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts;
  • Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): processed within one business day of approval;
  • Cryptocurrency withdrawals: processed within one to four hours subject to network confirmation times.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jjpoit reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

5.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players must ensure that funds deposited into jjpoit are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jjpoit operates a robust AML monitoring programme and reserves the right to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

6Bonuses and Promotions

jjpoit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published at the point of offer:

  • Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit;
  • Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed;
  • Different game types contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified for each promotion and are subject to change;
  • Bonuses have an expiry date. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry;
  • jjpoit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
  • Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus stacking, use of prohibited betting patterns, and exploitation of bonus terms across multiple accounts, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on jjpoit operate under game-specific rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game displays and the Platform's records, jjpoit's server-side records shall be authoritative.

All random number generator (RNG) games available on jjpoit use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are determined by the applicable game provider and are available within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted internet connection, or any error that affects the outcome of a game round, jjpoit reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's account. jjpoit will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a Player's own connection issues.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjpoit and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

  • Creating or using more than one jjpoit account;
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information;
  • Using the platform while under 21 years of age;
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games;
  • Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform, whether intentionally or recklessly;
  • Using the platform to launder money or for any other financial crime;
  • Engaging in charge-back fraud or any other abuse of the payment system;
  • Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or jjpoit staff in any communication channel.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and any pending withdrawals cancelled. Funds in such accounts may be forfeited. jjpoit reserves the right to refer cases involving suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9Responsible Gaming

jjpoit is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity safely. Players are encouraged to make use of the following tools, all of which are available through the Account Settings section of the platform:

  • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a cooling-off period when increased;
  • Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out;
  • Loss Limits: Players may cap the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period;
  • Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications that display the duration of their current session and their net gaming result;
  • Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion from jjpoit at any time.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the jjpoit platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio and video clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the platform ("Content"), is the property of jjpoit or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Content without the express prior written consent of jjpoit.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjpoit and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
  • Any damages arising from interruptions to service, technical malfunctions, or security breaches attributable to third parties;
  • Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on information or content published on the platform.

jjpoit's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Note: Nothing in this clause is intended to limit jjpoit's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

12Termination and Suspension

jjpoit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Any actual or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions;
  • Any actual or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
  • Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request from the Player;
  • A regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority;
  • The Platform's decision to cease providing services in a particular jurisdiction.

A Player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the jjpoit support team. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who have a complaint or dispute regarding the platform's operations should contact the jjpoit support team in the first instance. jjpoit commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two business days and to providing a substantive response within ten business days.

14Amendments to These Terms

jjpoit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jjpoit will provide reasonable advance notice to affected Players via email and/or a prominent in-platform notification. The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of the jjpoit platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.
